  1. Check Cowboy+ availability

Visit the Cowboy+ website and confirm that you can sign up from Australia before you pay for an annual plan.

  2. Convert the price

Cowboy+ prices are shown in US dollars, so allow for the exchange rate and any card fees.

  3. Watch on Australian time

Each performance starts the next day in Australia: 12:45 p.m. in Sydney and Melbourne, 11:45 a.m. in Brisbane and 9:45 a.m. in Perth.

Is the NFR on Australian TV?

We found no Australian TV channel or local streaming service that holds NFR rights for 2026. Outside North America, the rodeo rarely appears on regular sports channels, so Cowboy+ is the first place to check. We couldn't confirm a list of the countries Cowboy+ serves, so make sure sign-up works from Australia before you pay.

NFR start times in Australia

Because of the time difference, each round airs on the following calendar day in Australia. Round 1 on December 3 in Las Vegas begins on Friday, December 4 here.

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart (AEDT): 12:45 p.m.
  • Adelaide (ACDT): 12:15 p.m.
  • Brisbane (AEST): 11:45 a.m.
  • Perth (AWST): 9:45 a.m.

Our schedule converts each round to your time zone automatically. Replays on demand are part of the Cowboy+ annual plan, which helps if you can't watch during the workday.
